How to change how my company's logo and contact information is shown on the invoice?

In this article you will learn how to change the way your company's contact information is displayed on the invoice.

The logo you have added to your company's information will affect how your contact information is shown on the upper left corner of the invoices. The file format or the number of pixels doesn't affect how your contact information is displayed. Instead, it depends on whether the logo is wide or narrow.

If the logo is wide, your contact information is seen under the logo on one row. If the logo is narrow, the address is displayed on the right on separate rows. These are automatic settings, which you can change. So you can choose whether you show the information below or next to your logo. Or show only the logo.

Go to Settings - My company - Logo layout on the invoice. You will be given 4 options: 

  • Place the address automatically based on the logo (default)

  • Show address on the right side of the logo

  • Show address below the logo

  • Show only the logo

 

You can try out these different options and see how they look from the same window, without leaving the page to open the invoice preview. 

Choose your preferable option and click OK. After that your contact information will be shown on every invoice accordingly. 

Note! Your contact information are at the bottom of the invoice. That is, if you choose the option "Show only logo", your contact information are still found from the invoice.
