By default, an electronic invoice is always delivered if the electronic invoicing address has been entered correctly. If there is an error in the invoice or it can't be delivered to the proper address, we will contact you to help you resend the invoice.

For invoices sent through the e-mail service, you can check if the recipient has opened the email invoice. Open invoice from the invoice list and click "Show invoice events". If the invoice is not marked as "opened" then you can assume that the recipient hasn’t seen the invoice.
