Sales invoices automatically sent to eTasku

Activate the connection and automatically send sales invoices to eTasku for processing by your accountant.

What is it about?

You can automatically send sales invoices to your accountant via eTasku. The connection between Isolta and eTasku is free and easy to use.

Activating the function requires that you already have eTasku in use. If you don't have eTasku yet, it's definitely worth checking out. As an Isolta customer, you can get a 25% discount on eTasku for the first year with the promotional code isolta. The discount is valid until further notice. 1. Connecting to eTasku

Go to Settings > eTasku connection. To start connecting, select Log in to eTasku. After this, enter your eTasku username and grant access rights for user information and material. After this, choose a company or if you only have one company, eTasku will suggest your company to be selected automatically. After acceptance, you will be redirected back to Isolta.

Please note the following when invoicing:

  • When an invoice is in the Sent status, it is locked and can no longer be edited.

  • If you want to print a draft of the invoice before selecting the sending method, click Save invoice draft as PDF in the preview view.

  • Notice that if you select "Download PDF" as the sending method only to check the appearance of the invoice or to save it with an intention to complete the invoice before sending it to the customer, the invoice will be updated directly to the Sent status. In this case, the invoice is automatically forwarded to eTasku, locked in Isolta, and can no longer be edited.

3. Transferring older invoices

After the connection has been activated, you will have the option to choose to transfer the older invoices retroactively for a maximum of the last 12 months. Before the transfer, it is advisable to agree with the accountant on a common start date for starting the processing of invoices in eTasku.

4. Disconnecting

It is possible to disconnect the connection from Settings > eTasku connection. After disconnection, new invoices will not be transferred to eTasku, old invoices will remain in eTasku.
