This feature is only available for Finnish companies.

Please note that you can only send invoices through MobilePay to consumers, not companies. You also need to create a MobilePay company account before you can send invoices using MobilePay.

Sending an invoice from Isolta to MobilePay

  1. Make sure that the customer has MobilePay.

  2. Create a person contact and add MobilePay as the e-invoice address.

  3. Make sure that the contact's phone number has been added in the right form: 0401234567 or +358401234567.

    Adding customer's e-invoice address.

  4. Create an invoice and send it by choosing Send as a consumer e-invoice.

Send the invoice as an e-invoice.

Sending an invoice with MobilePay costs 0,54 € + VAT / invoice. It is good to note that the receiver can only pay / transfer max 2 000 € (including VAT) per 24 hours. If the invoice, for some reason, does not reach your customer, you will receive an error message within 1 - 2 business days.

Receiving an invoice through MobilePay

Your customer will receive the invoice usually within a few minutes. Sometimes it might take up to 24 hours but that is very rare. Your customer can either pay the invoice right away, or choose a date of payment. The customer can also reject the invoice, but the invoice will always be saved to MobilePay's transactions.

In case you need to send a credit note to your customer, you need to send it via email since it is not possible to send credit notes with MobilePay.
