You can change the currency when creating the invoice. 

You can choose the appropriate currency for the invoice above the invoice lines under Currency. Please note that you can only change the currency identifier; the currency conversions themselves must be calculated separately.

Choose the preferable currency from the list: 

Note! Changing the currency changes the currency of the entire invoice. If you have saved the products / services in another currency, changing the invoice currency does not change the saved settings.
