How to end my Isolta subscription?

If you wish to end your paid subscription: 

If you have decided to end your Isolta's paid subscription please send us a written notice via Chat or email us at info@isolta.com at least one (1) month before a new invoicing period starts. Notice can be written in free format but please add your company's name and registration number. We keep us the right to send you an invoice if you have used our other paid services, for example sending e-invoices, after the subscription has ended. 

After the subscription has ended we will change your account in to free version. That means you have access to your customer data and sent invoices and also can also send 10 invoices in a year for free. 

If you wish us to delete your account permanently please add that to the written notice.

If you wish to end your free subscription:

To end your free subscription you don't need to send us any written notice. In case you wish us to delete your account and all of the data you have in your account, please send us a written notice via Chat or email us at info@isolta.com. 

Permanently deleting your account: 

If you wish, we can permanently delete your Isolta's account and all of the data you have in it. Send us a written notice via Chat or email us at info@isolta.com. After we have received your notice and answered to it we will close your account and delete it after 30 days. You will receive an email from us when your account has been deleted.
