If the confirmation email required for the activation process does not arrive for any reason, the procedure may remain incomplete. In this situation, you can still continue and finalize the signing directly in the Kravia portal without using the email link. This article explains how to proceed.
1. Login to app.kravia.ai
Sign up if you have not created an account in Kravia’s portal before.
2. Go to the creditor details
Click “Company” -tab
Click your company
3. And click here: "Allekirjoita itse”
If you do not have the right to sign, click "Lähetä pyyntö"
•You can forward the email to a person who has right to sign behalf of the company.
